Mary Katrantzou for Topshop

I have a big, big thing for Mary Katrantzou. In fact, ever since I first spotted her in a copy of Elle magazine back in 2008, she quickly became one of my favourite designers, alongside the echelons of McQueen, Isabel Marant and Peter Pilotto.

Why? Well, feast your eyes on some of these designs below. Aren't they beautiful? Oh, the exquisite prints! The rainbow colours! The cut...every single item she designs is beautiful, a piece of art in its own right. To me, her dresses are the fashion equivalent of a Ming vase.

Anyway, my obsession for her clothes is pretty unfortunate. Why? Well, sadly (for me and most 'normal' people) some of her more spectacular designs are out of reach, retailing at £1,000+.

But if you do have some cash to spare and you are searching for a perfect summer dress, head on over to Topshop this Friday (February 17th) - they have once again teamed up with Ms Katrantzou to produce some spectacular designs!

Although these vibrant, print-tastic dresses are rumoured to be fairly expensive for a high-street design (unto £350), we think that it's a dead ringer for her actual catwalk collections. And if this dress is anything to go by, the whole collection promises to be beautiful.

So, be sure to pop Friday into your diaries. Who doesn't want a Ming vase hanging in their wardrobe?
