Here at I Am Into This, we are huge, huge believers in having a cleansing routine (or should we say ritual? It sounds a lot nicer and less regimented!).

For those of you who have never used Dr Hauschka, you must, must add them to your beauty hotlist! The brand has a fantastic ethos of working with your skin using only the very best natural ingredients.
So, what do you get inside your kit? Well, sneak a peek inside and you’ll stumble across some heavenly products. You get Lavender oil, Cleansing cream, Toner and a Muslin cloth (possibly the biggest muslin cloth I have EVER seen).
Here’s how you use it…
Fill a basin with warm water and add a few drops of the lavender oil. Soak the muslin cloth in the water and hold onto your face for 5-10 seconds. This was my favourite, favourite part. I LOVED doing this. It felt like a real treat every time I pressed it to my face! It’s also a lovely way to relax right before bedtime.
Cleanse with the Cleansing Cream using ‘press and roll’ movements, then gently remove with warm water. It took me a while to master this ‘press and roll’, even though there is a diagram enclosed! Teresa and I had a little text-off (“What’s a press and roll?” “I don’t know!” “How do I know if I’m doing it right?”) at first. But by the time I got the hang of it, I found it really soothing and a very effective way of cleansing. The cleanser itself smells utterly divine and has small beads inside which act as a gentle exfoliator.
Rinse the Muslin cloth with cold water and hold to your face for 5-10 seconds. Wowzer, this was a shock to the system! But it works to close your pores up – and it also acts as a good wake-up call in the morning!
Spritz your face with the toner to complete. After cleansing, apply a moisturiser. I adore this toner, and I will be stocking up on more very, very soon. It smells gorgeous and really refreshed my skin. I’ve been using the kit with Dr Hauschka’s rose cream, which is also heavenly (see my review here).
Teresa and I have both trialled the Radiant You kit, and I am in serious love. In just a few days, I noticed a real glow to my skin – and on the one day I skipped it (I decided to sacrifice a cleanse for a lie-in and a face wipe!), I really and truly noticed the difference. My skin was grey and pallid, rather than fresh and glowing.
I will definitely be ordering full sizes of these products as I really enjoyed using them. In particular, the lavender bath (you add a drop to hot water to cleanse your muslin cloth) felt super luxurious, and I loved every minute. What a fantastic way to start your day!
