Friday's High Street Hitlist

So, this week's high street edit has been pretty tricky to put together. I think that most shops must be in that awkward, mid-season (even though Spring has just begun!) phase because everything seems to be a bit 'meh'. Either that, or it's simply because I'm bored of the stock as I started buying my S/S wardrobe in January.

Anyway, after a little rummaging around, here's my pick of the best to hit the shops this week. I am  LOVING ASOS's elephant print shirt...

Zara

I do love a good bag and, since I can't afford a Mulberry every time, I like to look to Zara for luxe-looking buys. I'm in love with this nude shopper-style bag with studs.
Soft shopper bag with studs, £79.99

Step into the sunshine with this...the perfect summer printed dress, £39.99

I adore leopard print. I don't care if that makes me trashy, or Bet Lynch's younger twin. Leopard print shirt, £25.99
I so wish I had the legs for this! Silk mini skirt with feather trim, £59.99
Lemon yellow pleated dress, £22.99...it also comes in a pale blue version too.

I love this take on floral trews. The white and pastels give it a more relaxed, 50s-style feel. A bit more subtle for those of you who are scared of going full-on floral! Floral jeans, £29.99

Topshop

There hasn't been that much to hit Topshop this week, but I do like this sherbet orange biker and the black quilted leather jacket.

Neon biker jacket, £58...I reckon that this would be great to stand out from the crowd in any festivals!

Quilted collarless leather jacket, £180

Mango

I don't normally tend to shop at Mango because I find the sizing all wrong for me. I think it's the fact that I'm not a petite, delicate European woman. Instead, I have massive hips and boobs! Oh well...I simply couldn't resist this, though:

I adore the colour of this maxi skirt...it's beautiful! Yellow maxi, £44.99
Oasis

Completely unbeknown to me, Oasis have started a whole new section on their website called 'Friends of Oasis'. Here you'll find a great selection of smaller, unheard of brands. Here's one of the pieces I love:

Striped dress, £40 by Yumi at Friends of Oasis

ASOS

Oh, ASOS. Why are you taunting me and my boobs with lovely, lovely shirts which you know I can't wear?
Shirt with elephant print, £35

It seems that both ASOS and I have a thing for animal prints. Horse clutch, £30
Triangle statement ring, £7
Urban Outfitters

I love a lot of the clothes in Urban Outfitters but, to me, they tend to be a little bit expensive. I like to wait for the sales when there are some fantastic mark-downs. However, these buys really struck me this week!

Striped sundress, £60
Polka dot sheer blouse, £45
Gold spike ring, £8
Warehouse

Warehouse was once a shop I avoided big-time. I just found it too girly and, dare I say it, a little bit 'old' for me. Perhaps I've changed because I'm LOVING some of their stock right now.

Make like Betty Draper in this beautiful dress. Blue prom dress, £85.
I need this so much that I may have to buy it! Sequin flamingo vest,  £26
Rock n Rose

One of my favourite jewellery retailers, there are some gorgeous vintage finds on there right now...

Vintage copper shell earrings, £9
'Doreen' vintage brass spoon ring, £10

Maia cross bracelet, £14
