Friday's High Street Hitlist

WAHEY! Not only is it Friday, but it's BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND! Excuse the excitement, but I think we're all in need of a good cheering up given this grey and miserable weather, right?

Anyway, I want you all to use this weekend as an excuse to go and treat yourselves to something pretty. You know, just because you can - oh, and because you deserve it too. Go forth and splurge! Hopefully this high street hitlist should help guide you...

Sam x

P.S There are quite a few bargains to be had this weekend - 25% off anything at Warehouse with the code "SUNSHINE" (ha, there's some wishful thinking!) and 20% off for students at Topshop until the end of today.

Zara

As ever, I want to buy up pretty much the entire Zara store. I wish they would stop making nice clothes - it's seriously bad for my bank account! If you missed out on the panther studded shirt a month or so ago, they have a gorgeous owl printed version in store now. There's also a great range of summer dresses in store, especially if you're daring enough to p-p-pick up a peplum...

Peplum mini dress, £25.99
Lace skirt, £29.99
Owl print studded shirt, £29.99
Studded silk shirt, £59.99
TRF lace dress, £29.99
Studded baggy jeans with zips, £29.99
Ombre dress, £29.99

Topshop

Topshop have some great accessories in-store this week - bits and bobs which are sure to give any outfit an interesting twist. I've long had an obsession with shirt collar tips, so I'm loving these ones below!

Shirt collar tips, £14

Stud denim jacket, £80

Mint green pork pie hat, £22
Stars and stripe purse, £15
ASOS

I am head over heels in love with this neon, lace-printed t-shirt dress. I can imagine that it looks just as great when rocked with heels and a leather jacket as it does with sandals or bare feet. The perfect summer staple!

Lace t-shirt dress, £55
ASOS Premium spiked necklace, £50
Spike bangle, £8
Spike belt, £15

Oasis

New in this week is the gorgeous Oasis Scarf print collection. Teresa and I both instantly fell in love with the shirt - it's a fab print, perfect for jazzing up your old skinnies. I want!

Silk scarf print t-shirt, £55
Scarf print silk shirt, £60
Cos

To me, Cos do the best basics on the high street. I love this leather bucket bag...you can just tell that it's going to be buttery soft and look even better once it's been battered and bruised.
Leather shopper, 150 Euros

River Island

I am a teensy bit obsessed with slipper shoes, which is perhaps why I have fallen for these...

Orange studded shoes, £35
Mango

Oops. And here are some more...sorry!

Silver loafers, £64.99
Warehouse

Warehouse is one of the best places on the high street for summer dresses. I love the simplicity of this white dress. But, if you find it a little bit dull and 'safe' with its tan belt, why not jazz it up with the neon number below?

Embroidered dress, £55
Skinny fluoro belt, £12
H+M

This tropical print skirt is a complete and utter bargain at only £7.99! It's perfect for summer holidays - all you need is to tuck a vest top in, pull on a pair of sandals and go!

Tropical print skirt, £7.99
Urban Outfitters

I love this stripe jumper, even though it reminds me of something I would wear when I was a kid...not sure if that's a good or bad thing? Probably bad.

Kimchi and Blue asymmetric dress, £48
Stripe jumper, £45
Cross cut-out cuff, £14
Reiss

As you know, I am obsessed with blazers, and this one has shot right to the top of my "lust-have" list. The print is making me swoon!

Printed blazer, £225
